This was my first experience going through HST Tours, a group that my parents have used over the last 13 years.

I performed Umrah 9 years ago on an independent level. So, at first I was alittle scepticle going through a group but on arrival my opinion quickly changed and I knew this was the better decision.

HST Tours really did make me feel safe interms of direction and guidance and went above and beyond to ensure we all felt comfortable. It was as if we’re one big family as that was the level of comfortability given.

I most definately recommend HST Tours, there service was brilliant from start to finish. Brother Shafiq guided us all the way and made us feel at ease throughout our journey and was always on hand with any questions that needed answering. My family and I completed our Umrah in October. It was a beautiful journey and truly amazing. I performed Umrah with my family in October 2022 and Uncle Shafiq was extremely helpful in ensuring we got the most out of the experience, from beginning to end. Brilliant service, from booking our umrah, to going to Saudi, would deffo book again in school holidays and highly recommend speaking with Haji Shafiq Sultan for fast and reasonable bookings, he talked me through several different packages as i wasn’t sure on the dates. It was my first umrah experience with HST Tours and it was a beautiful experience and this was thanks to brother Shafiq Sultan. I was extremely nervous at first but brother Shafiq made sure that it was an amazing experience and made sure we were well looked after. The service they advertised was the service that they provided. Will most definitely recommend HST Tours to everyone and will be travelling with them again in the near future.

I Had booked to go in January with hst tours. I was very nervous as I was travelling alone without my family for the first time. Having said that, Shafiq didn’t let me feel like that at all. He was constantly checking up on me and making sure I had no problems. I was very pleased to see how Shafiq made the whole group bond as one big family. He provided brilliant advice, went above and beyond in supporting my family and I, but also other families there. Accomodation was great and so were the ziyarats. This was my second time performing Hajj (my first was in 2016 with shafiq’s late father uncle tariq [may Allah {swt} grant him a high rank in Jannah]).

Considering this was brother shafiq’s first time taking a group alone he followed in his late fathers footsteps.

The experience clearly runs in the family as brother shafiq’s father was in the business for over 20 years.

The entire journey was managed by brother shafiq from visas, tickets, accommodation in Mecca to our stay in mina, muzdalfa, arafah and then our final week in Medinah to returning back to the uk all safely and soundly (and all the nitty gritty in between).

Brother shafiq was by our side and available a phone call away 24/7.

I know my whole immediate family will be going with him to perform Hajj/Ummrah in sha Allah and i am recomending him to everybody that i know.

May Allah (swt) give brother shafiq a great reward for all his hard work and effort he puts into making this once in a lifetime journey for his clients as stressfree and pleasent as possible.

This was my 2nd time performing Hajj with HST Tours, firstly with the great Haji Tariq Sultan and now with his equally capable son, Haji Shafiq Sultan, and strongly recommend them and thank them for their service. Considering that this was my first time going on Hajj (I’ve been on umrah before), I was apprehensive and slightly worried, but after meeting Shafiq, I knew that we were going to be looked after very well.

What an enjoyable experience. Brother shafiq was outstanding he was there for us 24hours . Had a wonderful time not to be forgotten.

I went for hajj with brother shafique last year. I went with my mum dad and best friend. We had a very good experience they was with us all the way through any questions they were more than happy to help. Highly recommend going with them. Accommodation was perfect distances.
