I had the privilege of being part of a HST umrah tour, even though we weren’t technically with the company. Despite not officially being part of the group, shafiq made sure we were included in every ziyarat and every aspect of our Umrah journey. He added us into everything, from the rituals to the ziyarats, ensuring we were fully involved. He treated us like we were a part of the group from the start, showing great respect to everyone. This made us feel incredibly comfortable, especially since this was our first time meeting him. The knowledge he shared throughout the journey was invaluable, and we walked away having learned so much. His help during our Umrah and ziyarat experiences was truly appreciated. Booked a package with hst. 5* star package for umrah for my whole family. All travel, accommodation and transports were arranged by hst. Also provided a local guide to help assist in ziyart tours. Highly recommend. Very professional and a good brother. Allah bless brother shafique for all his help and efforts. He was always there on the phone 24/7 for any questions or guidance.

Shaf was so good with everyone made sure we all had knowledge of every step at umrah every Ziyrah we went on. The group leader Shaf was there for everyone at all times. There was alot of activities planned for the young lads and alot of learning for them.

HST Tours were amazing in arranging everything in relation to our families trip for Umrah. This was my first experience going through HST Tours, a group that my parents have used over the last 13 years.

I performed Umrah 9 years ago on an independent level. So, at first I was alittle scepticle going through a group but on arrival my opinion quickly changed and I knew this was the better decision.

HST Tours really did make me feel safe interms of direction and guidance and went above and beyond to ensure we all felt comfortable. It was as if we’re one big family as that was the level of comfortability given.

I most definately recommend HST Tours, there service was brilliant from start to finish.
