1. Once all tickets are booked, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  2. We’re able to reserve the flight tickets for 48 hours, however when that time has passed we can not guarantee whether that seat will be available until you book.
  3. To secure a booking, we require you to send us your passports with 3 passport size photos attached. A non-refundable deposit will also be required. The passport should be valid for 6 months on date of travel.
  4. We do not provide travel insurance; however, we do recommend taking out travel insurance for all those who are travelling.
  5. We are only able to provide flights, accommodation, transport and a visa if you are booking with HST TOURS.
  6. All females should be accompanied by a Mahram, which can either be husband, father, uncle, adult son, brother or adult nephew.
  7. Any price quotations may change at any time, unless reserved or booked.
  8. Tourism Visas require a full non refundable payment before processing the application. Tourism visas can be rejected, In this case, we are still unable to provide any refunds.
  9. We advise you to get a vaccination before travelling, if you do choose to do so, please provide a certificate which you will get when getting vaccinated.
  10. HST TOURS will not be responsible for any lost luggage on the journey or at the hotels. We advise you don’t take expensive possessions.
