I just wanted to share my experience booking from HST Tours for my April 2020 Umrah Package. I just wanted to share how easy and peaceful it was booking with them before COVID- 19 stopped us from travelling. I have some relatives who had booked with acepoint travel and they are struggling to get communication with them and haven’t received a full refund yet. I had received a full refund near to the time my booking had been cancelled due to the pandemic without and hassle and tension. i called the HST office, enquiring about an umrah package for my parents. the person who i spoke to was so polite and understanding. he talked me through several different packages as i wasn't sure on the dates. Exceptional service provided by Brother Haji Shafique Sultan all the way from London to KSA and back to London from KSA.Brother Shafique have given us his precious time and guided us all days and given us advise what we have to do and when we have to do.I have travelled with my family (wife and 4 year old son).
